GENERAL FUNCTION

The Showroom Specialist oversees sample management and organization primarily in their respective showroom. This includes samples preparation for customer meetings, digital tools demonstrations and troubleshooting in the showroom, as well as general showroom maintenance.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Showroom Merchandising & Event Planning:

·         Supports planning of buying days (market weeks) in local showroom including organizing customer travel itineraries (flights/ hotels/ car services, etc.) and meeting scheduling, catering, floral arrangements, and general showroom maintenance.

·         Prepares samples and maintains tracking for off-site samples usage including, customer meetings, tradeshows, brand immersions, catalog photography, and selling events.
