We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP and ERP systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- SAP and ERP Implementation: Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP and ERP systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP and ERP systems.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP and ERP systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM) and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: SAP certification or ERP-related certifications.
Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing, retail, or healthcare industries.
